Their mission? Bringing CSR to life locally! That means raising team awareness about sustainable development issues, promoting the Group’s carbon and climate initiatives, and leading projects tailored to local cultures and challenges. As a truly committed and active network, they meet regularly to share ideas, learn, and inspire one another. A great example of international collaboration!
We regularly assess the level of engagement of all our employees across several themes: work relationships, human relations, management, and company culture and values. How? Through an engagement and satisfaction survey conducted with an independent external partner. This allows us to identify our strengths and areas for improvement, but above all, to build a concrete action plan to keep improving.

At Ecocert, we aim to empower everyone to learn and gain visibility to grow. That’s why we focus on training, skills development, and career progression. We also train all our managers: onboarding programs, continuous training, co-development... we give them the tools to support employees over the long term. Health benefits that are evolving
As an international company, we were committed to offering a minimum common foundation for health coverage. Each subsidiary is then free to develop additional benefits based on local needs and cultures—often going beyond legal requirements! For example, the health insurance now also covers families, not just employees, as is the case in Mexico, Peru, France, and Tunisia.
A minimum maternity leave foundation for all Ecocert mothers
With 64% of women in the Group, creating a dedicated policy was an obvious step. This leave is paid at 100% for all our female employees, worldwide. Paternity leave is also under review! For example, in South Africa, where regulations have recently changed, we decided to pay paternity leave at 100%, even though it’s not required by local law.
A whistleblowing system to identify behavior that goes against our ethics
Our Code of Ethics helps clarify expected professional behaviors and combat illegal practices or those that go against our values. As a true guide, it ensures a respectful, honest, and responsible working environment. To make it easy for everyone to report inappropriate behavior, we have implemented a whistleblowing platform and internal training.
