Bio Suisse organic standard - Bio Suisse
Labelling enables your organic products to be commercialized as ‘Bio Suisse Organic’
A valid organic certification equivalent to the Swiss Ordinance on Organic Farming (for example, Council Regulation (EC) No. 848/2018 or equivalent) is the basis for a certification according to Bio Suisse standards abroad. In general, a buyer/importer of the products in Switzerland must be named. He will carry all the costs of the BIOSUISSE ORGANIC certification.

Businesses outside of Switzerland that are certified according to Bio Suisse standards may use the designation "BIOSUISSE ORGANIC" as follows:
The businesses can use the “BIOSUISSE ORGANIC” logo to appear externally in corporate communications. The logo may only be used if a valid BIOSUISSE ORGANIC certificate is available. The certificate is always binding for the current certification status.
BIOSUISSE ORGANIC products that are intended for export to Switzerland must be labeled “BIOSUISSE ORGANIC” and bear the “BIOSUISSE ORGANIC” logo on containers, delivery notes, invoices, etc. The logo must be used on export containers.
