Job description
Managing the day to day accounting activity, including invoicing, cash collection, bank movements and statements, office expenses, tax declarations.
Preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies.
Reviewing reports to analyse projections of sales and profit against actual figures, budgeted expenses against final totals, and suggest methods of improving the planning process as appropriate.
Monitor the company cash flow by implementing a strong follow up of customer's
accounts and cash collection and planning all company expenses. He/she provides to the company a clear short and mid-term cash flow projection.
Analyse company operations to capture opportunities and areas that need to be reorganized, downsized, or eliminated.
Provide support to sales department by providing financial analysis allowing to improve margins per project / product and customers.
Manage relationships with external auditors and prepares the company to the yearly audit.
Regularly report to company headquarters following established internal procedures.
Profile
Qualification : CA Inter/B.Com Graduate
Previous Experience : Minimum 10-15 Years Experience in Core Finance
Technical skills : Exceptional communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, exposure to Tally, Oracle Suite, should have handled intercompany payments, international finance closures
