- Bachelor’s degree in Textiles is preferred; candidates with other degrees and relevant industry experience will also be considered.
- 2–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industry, or in textiles, consulting, sustainability, or compliance services.
- Working knowledge of GOTS, Textile Exchange, or other management system along with sustainability certifications are preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and regulatory information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
