Job description

  •  Manage daily office activities for the Regional Director, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Record and publish meeting minutes, ensuring necessary follow-ups.
  • Maintain databases, including customer contacts, ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Manage the Director's calendar and coordinate appointments.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as taking memos, maintaining files, and organizing documents, as well as handling photocopying, faxing, and other office tasks.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with planning company events, meetings, luncheons, team-building activities, and special projects.
  • Support designated leaders with expense claim procedures, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Engage with vendors and visitors to the office.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Manage conference room bookings and meeting space arrangements.
  • Coordinate travel, including booking accommodations and reservations. 

Profile


  • Qualification: Any Graduate
  • Experience: Freshers or 1-2 years in a corporate reception role
  • Skills: Great communication skills and basic computer knowledge
  • Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi
