Job description

You will be responsible for performing the following (non-exhaustive list) :

•         Manage a portfolio of existing clients and identify upsell opportunities to grow the partnership with them
•         Generate new leads in the region and identify prospects through different channel of communication and promotional activities
·         Introduce and explain prospects about our certification services, training and consultancy
•         Write quotes and follow up to close deals
•         Update and maintain CRM
•         Laise with international Ecocert teams for support, partnership and smooth delivery operations
•         Ongoing market analysis to identify opportunities in the region
•         Attend tradeshows, conferences, industry events to promote Ecocert thought leadership
•         Support Marketing team and drive local initiatives
•         Track and complete annual contract renewals of existing clients in coordination with the operational management
•         Delight customers during entire chain of relation, from prospection to certification
•         Provide monthly operation updates and activity reports


Experience / Education

•         Bachelor / Master Degree Business Management, Sales or any other relevant fields
•         Fluent in both written & oral English. Fluent in other languages is a plus
•         Problem solver and autonomous
•         Successful experience in a sales position
•         Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relations skills
•         Microsoft proficiency
•         Willing to travel internationally
