Job description
We are hiring a IT Executive / Manager . You will report directly to the Regional Director. Based in our office in India, your perimeter will cover also our other Asian countries.
Your tasks
Within a team of 50 people, you will be in charge of: entire IT activities in strong relationship with other IT executives in the whole Ecocert Group and will carry out the following duties:
• Workstation & Infrastructure management, including installation, Operation and maintenance of Computer System, Software and Setting up new users’ accounts; Maintaining Database, Software and hardware of Ecocert Office.
• User support by assisting & training staff to solve problems related to Software/Hardware & Network and . Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines.
• Participate to development or implementation of new Software/project.
• Develop some tactic solutions for office needs in response of business quick needs.
• Participate as data analyst to build or upgrade KPI dashboards & reporting tools.
Required profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree + Diploma in IT or Computer Science
Experience: 3-4 years in IT (proven working experience as IT Executive
